We want to ensure that our clients get the highest quality possible, in terms of services, and that we charge them with the right amount every time. In order to ensure this, every time a client uses our services, he or she will be provided with a form where he/she will sign the amount of hours the nurse or carer spent with them as well as any comment or complain they may have. Our company is more than happy to provide you with a copy of this form as well. Finally the payment can be made either within three days after the last service was provided, or weekly or monthly. We provide our clients with flexible payment methods.

It is important for us to keep our documents in writing, to avoid any future problems!
